Ner Tamid offers first year incentives to those who have not been members of Ner Tamid before.  First year dues for Single members is $425, payable either in one payment or in reasonable installments.  First year dues for Families (two or more persons in a household) is $850, payable either in one payment or in reasonable installments.  There is no building fund assessment for first year members.  Full membership is $850 a year for Singles and $1,700 a year for Families.  Also, there is a Building Fund assessment of $5,000 payable over five years after the first year. We are also willing to consider extending that time for those who find it difficult to pay this five year assessment.
